Sonification of natural processes. From the limited musical examples the scale choice seems to shape the experience and does not seem to derive from the aquatic data, but then it is hard to say.

The data sounds like it's processed before it makes it to the musicians. The sounds are too user friendly to be pure raw data. Or maybe water just really sounds that good. I think I'll have a glass now. Where is my marimba when I need it.
