String Vibrations

This is an interesting video using a strobe to illuminate moments in a strings vibration cycle. This has me thinking about the video project that I working on where I use a single row/column from a video matrix to with a dancer moving in order to alter the image space. I am not sure how I want to tie this all together, but there is something mixing in my brain.

This video is a great exploration of voltage control.


I have been thinking about my crackle synth and the art of rope tieing. Not sure how I will bring these together, but it is also kicking around.
